My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean and tastefully designed, lacked some basic amenities for a double occupancy. The hotel's no-smoking policy seemed overlooked as I had to endure the smell of smoke from neighboring rooms. However, the location was convenient for exploring the city and the Triana shopping area. The service was hit or miss with some staff being helpful while others were not. The dining experience was pleasant with homemade pastries but had long waits at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although the rooms were not clean upon arrival and had a lingering scent of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, by the last day, they were much cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, and daily top-ups of tea, coffee, and bottled water were appreciated. The breakfast was always plentiful, with the staff ready to assist and serve. However, the staff lacked local knowledge for recommendations on food or New Year's Eve events.
Although the room needed renovation and was not clean upon arrival, it improved by the end of my stay. The room had a minibar stocked with water and coffee, along with a nice set of toiletries. The service was exceptional; the staff was responsive and efficient, even arranging a suite relocation. The location was convenient for shopping and a coastal walk. The dining experience was surprisingly good. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for the money.
